Real Estate Slow but Still a Go!
Well, real estate here in Austin, Texas is slowing down...I won't lie. But you know it's still pretty good! I've got lender friends who can still get great loans, up to 103%! No kidding!
So, I'm telling our customers to think about getting the wagons out of the circle and think about doing MOVE UPS! Think about it...this is the perfect opportunity to get into a much more luxurious home at a pretty sweet price. And what about selling? Well, in this market the mid price homes have held their values a lot better than the upper end luxury homes. That's not to say that you'll get the sky-high dream prices of a few years ago, but chances are if you've been in your home for awhile, you'll still make out ok.
Sure, everyone's situation is different and the above scenario may not work out for everyone, but it doesn't hurt to contact me...or an agent in your area to get specifics on your situation. And quit being afraid!
