Every Breath You Take
You don’t even have to think about it! Every few seconds, your body automatically takes a breath of air which your heart sends on to every cell.
Your lungs are crucial to your survival. You can’t go much more than four minutes without air. Only your heart would rank higher when you think of the most vital organs of the body. But that’s really kind of a toss-up as your heart has to have the oxygen supplied by the lungs to keep beating.

Motivation or ability
Which comes first? Motivation or Ability?
Every day I motivate myself by getting online and checking emails from all the wonderful people I have met here and elsewhere. It warms my heart sharing my abilities with people.
Webster's definition of Motivation:
"A motivating force, stimulus, or influence : incentive, drive."
Are you a motivating force? Do you provide stimulus and influence to those around you whether they be coworkers, team members, or family?

Yep, you have probably guessed it: it's having a responsive mailing list.
You see, Internet users (that's you and me!) often act on impulse when they surf web sites online. And chances are high that people who visit your web site or affiliate link will quickly forget you and your offer after leaving your site.
And when these visitors leave, even higher chances are that they won't come back unless they remember to - and have a good reason to do just that.
But if you would capture their names and email addresses via asking them to subscribe to your mailing list, you can still follow up with them via broadcast and automatic follow up emails.
"Imagine, If You Do Just That..."
* You can build your own database of prospects...
* You can remind them about your main product or opportunity that you are selling on your web site or affiliate link...
* You can make important announcements so these prospects can visit your site...
* And heck, sell them even more products!

I think the idea is just get out and meet new people online and then go about helping them in anyway that you can. Do that sincerely enough and you will always have a following for sure.
