Setting the example is the best way to start. Getting kids to eat right is not the easiest task especially if we don't eat healthy ourselves. Eating healthy should be a family affair. I suggest following the 90/10 rule. 90% of the time, eat healthy meals and 10% of the time eat whatever. Obviously, the closer you are to eating 100% healthy, the better for your body.
