I would like to discuss the benefits I have had since I have taken a martial arts class. First off I take classes in Jujutsu, the White Tiger Method. I believe everyone, starting from childhood on, should take a course in the martial arts.
These are the things I've learned so far:
Calming of my mind
Discipline
Self control
Emotional control
Easy escapes
The soft easy way of life
Patience
Balance
Flexibility
How to pull everything I already know out of my head
Happiness
Skills
Techniques
Intuition
Awareness
Communication
Listening
Respect
To be agile
To be quick
Toned body
Sharp mind
Clarity
Not to use my ego
Not to expect too much
Not to anticipate
There's probably a whole lot more, however these are the ones coming to my head now. I hope you will look into taking a course or class in the martial arts.
