I know that we all want to become as rich and wealthy as we want to be, but please be aware, there is one other very important thing that we all should never, ever forget. . . . . .our HEALTH!

I was in the health industry before and left to do other things, but after many years I realized that I had left my first love. And it is a very important love to. I have seen so many of my friends and their friends end up in hospitals and on prescription drugs because they all neglected their health. Why would they do such a thing as that? What could be so important to a person as to not worry about becoming and staying as healthy as possible? Well, could it be that they were to busy trying to live. You know, going to work everyday, dealing with all the pressures of life. Or, just out there trying to better their income situation.

I think that these are reasons that a lot of people don't think about becoming and maintaining a healthy body. But, is it a good enough reason? Hmm, I'll answer that by saying this. If you don't take care of the body that your in, where else will you live?
